Angel Tree

Each Christmas All Saints’ participates in the Angel Tree Prison Fellowship.  This provides gifts for children in the name of the parent in prison.  Children are often the silent sufferers when a parent is in prison and half of these prisoners have not seen their children since being incarcerated.   Angel Tree helps mend and strengthen the bond between child and parent, which is likely to lead to better life outcomes for these children.

By participating in the Angel Tree program, you are helping to share the love of Jesus Christ and assure these children that they have not been forgotten.

Holiday Cards and Gifts for Inmates

On two Sundays in November the whole congregation and the Church School participate in making holiday cards and gathering toiletries for inmates of the prison at Concord.  These are delivered by our Deacon to be organized and delivered by members of the volunteer organization at the prison.  For some inmates these are the only cards and gifts they will receive, and our Deacon will attest to the thankfulness of the recipients.

Volunteers are needed for prison activities.  Could this be you?
