All Saints’ added cameras, a PC and wiring in order to continue to live stream and record services. We feel, along with the diocese and most surrounding Episcopal churches, that this capability helps us meet our baptismal promise in a new way.
We’ve learned during the pandemic that recording and sharing our services have a number of benefits including accessibility and outreach. At the same time, we are concerned about privacy. We set up cameras mainly pointed towards the altar area, pulpit, lectern and choir loft. There are no cameras directed from the front towards parishioners.
We are still newish to producing a live stream, but improving weekly! Perhaps you can help. Suggestions and interested volunteers are welcome!
